Inspirations for my creations come from my pure excitement for flavour and textures. This probably goes back even beyond the buzz of plating up inticing desserts as a chef. To my magical tea parties, with muddy concoctions in a rusty teapot as a little girl.
My flavour range is no doubt reminiscent of a sweet treat in mind. i look to my spice rack and my beautiful environment in otago and blend these inspirations into my delicious creations.
